These Terms of Service govern your use of BrowserShow. By using BrowserShow, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
BrowserShow provides a web-based URL slideshow tool. A free tier is available without an account. A paid Plus tier offers additional features including multi-show management, cloud sync, and a proxy API.
2. Your account
If you create a Plus account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BrowserShow to:
- Display content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to circumvent security measures of third-party websites for malicious purposes
- Resell or sublicense access to BrowserShow without permission
- Use the proxy API to scrape, harvest, or systematically copy third-party content
4. Plus subscription and billing
Plus subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a billing issue.
5. The proxy API
The proxy API is provided as a convenience to display websites that would otherwise block embedding. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the proxy complies with the terms of service of any third-party site you access through it.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep BrowserShow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Pricing may change; existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
BrowserShow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites displayed through the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrowserShow's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
